Ledgers are available in lengths of 2.40m, 2.10m, 1.80m, 1.50m and 1.20m. Ledgers are connected to the vertical Standards using the wedge pin. This connection is extremely strong and prevents the possibility of loose components.
The wall thickness has two specifications of 2.75 and 2.5mm to meet the needs of different customer groups.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
The Ringlock ledger is an important part of the horizontally connected Ringlock scaffolding system. Steel pipe welding has two sorting plugs. Weld two sorting plugs on both ends of the tube. Ledger plugs can be designed. The end pins are inserted into the garland. It then forms the base ring-lock scaffolding system. The tent plugs are produced from cast steel using wax molds. Made of high strength structural steel with hot dip galvanized finish. And it's sturdy and durable. Provides stability to the entire ring lock scaffolding system. It can be used as middle rail and top or handrail, guardrail.
1. Strong and durable
2. High hardness
3. Easy to install
4. Cost-effective
The basic elements of scaffolding include three common components: standard, ledger, and crossbar. The standard is a long pipe or tube that connects the scaffolding mass directly to the ground and runs along the scaffolding. The base of each standard is attached to the motherboard, which helps distribute the weight each standard supports. Between each standard, running horizontally, there is a ledger that adds more support and weight distribution. The bars are placed on the ledger at right angles and come in different forms. The main beams provide support for the standard by holding them in place and supporting the slabs. An intermediate beam is placed next to the main beam to provide additional support for the slab.
In addition to the standard, ledger and crossbars, there are several other support elements used to reinforce the basic scaffolding. Clips, such as cross clips, façade clips and additional couplers, can be used in various combinations to support the structure in various ways. Cross clamps run diagonally between beams and adhere firmly to the standard to increase the overall stiffness of the structure. However, they can also be pinned to the ledger, in which case they are simply called accounting hardening. Façade reinforcements help prevent the structure from wobbling, they are attached to the surface of the scaffolding, run along the surface of the structure, and connect them securely at each level.
