Order to exit, never use again! Suzhou Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau establishes a supervision system for the inspection of ringlock scaffolding

As an important formwork support system in the current construction industry, ringlock scaffolding plays an important role in the construction of housing, bridges, tunnels, municipal etc. With more and more extensive application of ringlock scaffolding, the market is also in chaos. Quality problems such as "shoddy work and materials" and "substandard quality" gradually affect the normal operation of the ringlock scaffolding market. It is very necessary to establish the inspection and supervision system of ringlock scaffolding components.

In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the ringlock steel pipe support during the construction site, Suzhou Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau recently issued an official notice on the establishment of the inspection and supervision system for the components of the ringlock steel pipe support:

● Make it clear that the ringlock components shall be subject to approach inspection

1. The inspection report shall be provided when the ringlock components enter the site

2. Sampling measurement of ringlock components after approaching

3. On site posting of sampling test report of ringlock components

● Spot check the arrived ringlock components

1. Self-inspection and self-correction

2. Spot inspection

● Specify on-site supervision of the ringlock components

1. Principle of sub region and sub unit

2. Supervision records

3. Supervision and inspection

● Standardize the inspection and treatment standards of ringlock components

1. Local housing and construction departments and their engineering safety supervision institutions shall strengthen on-site supervision and inspection. If there is any doubt about the quality of ringlock components, they shall urge the construction unit to entrust a third-party engineering quality inspection institution with corresponding qualification to conduct reinspection.

2. For the components of steel pipe support with ringlock that do not meet the quality requirements, they shall be resolutely ordered to leave the site.

3. The manufacturer or leasing enterprise of the unqualified ringlock components shall be notified, and the construction unit that uses them without authorization shall be punished according to law and regulations, which shall be recorded in the enterprise credit file as bad behavior. At the same time, the construction unit shall not use the ringlock components provided by the leasing enterprise again.
