Large load-bearing capacity: Taking the ring-lock scaffold 60mm heavy-duty support structure as an example, the allowable load-bearing capacity of a single vertical standard of 5.0m in height is 9.5 tons, and the damage load reaches 19 tons, i.e. 2 - 3 times that of traditional scaffolds.

Advanced technology: the wreath type connection method makes the transmission of each rod through the center of the node. It is an upgraded product of scaffolding, with solid connection and stable structure.

Raw material upgrade: The main materials are all low-alloy structural steel (GB Q355), which is 1.5-2 times stronger than the traditional scaffolding ordinary carbon steel pipe (GB Q235).

Ringlock scaffolding load-bearing capacity

The vertical standard adopts 60*3.2 or 48.3*3.2mm Q355B low carbon steel tubes, each standard has a normal load capacity of 7-8 tons.

The cart adopts Q235B 48.3mm low carbon steel pipe, with an allowable bearing capacity of 3-4 tons for a single beam, mainly supporting horizontal gravity.

The 60mm system is mostly used for bridges, subways, tunnels, supports, etc. The 48mm system is mostly used for housing construction.

The load-bearing capacity of locking scaffold is 1.5-2.0 times of traditional scaffold. The overall stability strength is 20% higher than Cuplock scaffolding.

Ringlock scaffolding parts/assemblies

There are no loose components on Ringlock scaffolds that could be lost or require maintenance. All components are hot-dipped galvanized.

Ringlock is a low-maintenance type of scaffold, and as a fully galvanized system, repairs and renovations are far less than those required for painted systems. ringlock also allows for quick and easy adjustments when needed.

Ringlock uses a unique wreath-type central attachment point design that allows for angles that other types of system scaffolds cannot be installed.

Components are quickly attached to the center point of the ring. It has a 4-way design that allows for up to 8 different angles.

Thanks to this unique wreath-type central attachment point, Ringlock can be easily and quickly installed on complex building geometries without the need for time-consuming tube and fitting scaffolding.

The main accessories of this scaffold are: the garland plate, the cast ledger end and the support end.

The garland plate has 8 holes, 133mm diameter and 10mm thickness. vertical standard has a garland welded on a certain length of steel pipe every 0.50m, with a connection socket or jack at one end. The main part of the standard is φ48.3*3.2mm and Q355B low carbon steel pipe.

This novel and beautiful garland is used to connect the table tent and the bracket. The table tent and bracket are made of plugs with wedges at both ends of the steel pipe, welded or riveted and locked.

How to set up Ringlock scaffolding?

The main connection points of a Ringlock scaffold are the ledger end and the support end to the Rosette plate. To install, simply align the end with the position of the Rosette plate, then insert the wedge by hand into the Rosette hole and through the bottom of the end, then tap the top of the wedge with a hammer to form a tight fit with the vertical standard at both ends of the arc.

Ringlock scaffolding used as formwork support frame is erected as follows.

Setting the lines according to the design plan, adjusting the height of the base jacks and keeping them in line.

Placing the starters (this step is not available using the socket connection standard).

installing the first floor tent, adjusting the level and inserting the wedges into the small holes of the wreath.

inserting the standards into the starter.

setting the upper crossbeams and diagonal braces according to the step designed in the floor plan.

Repeat the above steps for setting.

Set to the design elevation, place the adjustable U-jacks on top and place the main and secondary keel and formwork according to the plan design.
